About us

Welcome to ABUTH IMAN Venture Cooperative Society Limited (ICOV)

A pioneering Islamic financial and multipurpose cooperative dedicated to delivering ethical and Sharia-compliant financial solutions.

Founded to serve the financial and communal needs of our members, ICOV specializes in non-interest savings and loans, general contracting, and supplies. We are committed to upholding Islamic financial principles while fostering economic empowerment within our community.

Our administrative office is strategically located at the Secretariat of IMAN ABUTH, within the ABUTH Central Mosque, Shika, Zaria, Kaduna. This central presence allows us to remain closely connected to the community we serve.

Registered under the Kaduna State Cooperative Society Directorate with registration number KDS/GWA/CS/N/18897, effective 30th August 2016, we operate with integrity, transparency, and a deep commitment to regulatory standards.
